Our pets have been patients at Pamlico Animal Hospital for 2 years. In that time, I have never had a problem. The staff is friendly and understanding and always ready to go the extra mile. The cost of their services is very reasonable. I trust them with the care of our beloved pets.

I cannot thank your doctors and staff enough for taking care of my sweet baby Lilly. We have been with Pamlico Animal Hospital for a couple of years now and they have always been great! Yesterday was the 1st time we have needed the emergency services, and let me just say they were amazing. I will recommend y’all to everyone I see that needs a vet! We had an emergency injury. The staff took our kitty back immediately. When it was clear she couldn’t be saved, we received such compassionate treatment from all of the staff until kitty crossed the rainbow bridge.

Thank you so much for 11 years of taking care of my sweet Teddy bear. Sadly, we lost him on September 26th, 2022. I want to thank the staff for being so kind and understanding during this difficult time. I want to thank them for always being good to us. Teddy was so excited about going to the vet that we had to wait outside so as not to disturb the whole place. He always got kisses whether you wanted them or not. But nobody seemed to mind. The day we put Teddy down the two young ladies couldn’t have been more professional. They did their jobs perfectly. But that didn’t stop them from being human, as they did it with tears in their eyes. Of course, we want to take our babies to the best veterinary care around, but it also means a lot to us to know that you really care. You love our babies, too. Thank you again for everything. Everybody at this office has been so kind and helpful. My cat had a blocked bladder and was in an emergency situation. They told me to bring him in immediately with no appointment and a booked schedule. They got us back fast and had him in treatment almost immediately. He spent 3 days in their care, and I received several daily updates on his condition over the weekend. Special shout-out to Emily, Sonia, Dr. Tripp, Alyssa, and Victoria! These ladies are a shining star to this establishment. I won’t go anywhere but Pamlico Animal Hospital for all my baby’s vet needs!
